Gray is a patent and litigation attorney.  Mr. Gray received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in 1994‚ and his bachelor of science in engineering from the University of Illinois in 1991.  In addition to substantial patent prosecution experience‚ Mr. Gray has over 15 years of litigation experience with patent‚ trademark‚ trade dress‚ unfair competition‚ and copyright cases.  Mr. Gray handles temporary restraining orders‚ injunctions‚ patent reexaminations‚ depositions‚ and trials.  For the firm‚ Mr. Gray is responsible for all aspects of intellectual property litigation through trial and U.S. and international patent prosecution in a variety of fields including mechanical‚ electrical‚ software‚ and business methods.
